Pray for the upcoming increase of 25 orphans in the Kokang region of Myanmar

The rise of glowing (all arise shine) currently supports three orphanages in the Kokang region of northern Myanmar (Kokang) with a total of about 90 children, including 1. The "Deong Children's Centre" has about 30 children; 2. The "Hope Children's centre" has about more than 40 children; With 3. The Hmong children's Centre has 11 children. Three orphanages are headed by three to the preacher.

Boldly from the Eastern Han Dynasty began to belong to China. In 1897, Manchu signed a "Sino-British Treaty on Myanmar" with the United Kingdom, rescheduling the border between Yunnan and Myanmar, and boldly was thus placed within the scope of British Myanmar. By the time of the Republic of China, the Government of the Republic of China had regained its sovereignty over boldness in 1948.

When the Communist Party of China was in power, it signed a border agreement with Myanmar in 1960, recognizing the courage to be Myanmar territory, in addition to pulling out Myanmar and deliberately severing the Kuomintang Remnant army, which had been defeated to the Golden Triangle region to which Myanmar belongs. Therefore, the bold Chinese population is the main. However, the bold Chinese are not listed as the Chinese in Myanmar, they are known as the "Kokang clan", a total of Myanmar's legal minority.

The Kokang region belongs to a war zone in terms of political form. In 2015, Burmese government forces attacked the bold area, which is dominated by the Chinese population, and engaged in fierce fighting with the local armed "Kokang allied forces" there.

In fact, there has been a protracted conflict between the Burmese government, which is predominantly Burmese, and minority areas in the north. In order to counter the Burmese government, the northern minority areas in the north have not been willing to cling to each other, thus forming a number of areas in northern Myanmar once warlords.

Taking the "Peng Home Sound" in the Kokang region as an example, he was called a bold warlord and a "bold King". In order to maintain military expenditure, local warlords have detox to expand their financial resources, so that the local region has been one of the main sources of drugs, and Peng has also been an internationally renowned drug lord. It was only in the 1990 that the improvement of its international image began to counter drug control.

By the 1990, the Burmese Government had recognized the autonomy of a number of minority areas in exchange for a ceasefire, and the situation had once been relatively stable. However, good times, the Burmese military in 2009, in the name of "drug", again attacked boldly …

In short, the regions of northern Myanmar contain the bold and Kachin states, which have long been the constant struggle of ethnic minority armies and Burmese government forces, causing many problems in these areas, including poverty, isolation from the outside world, orphans, and displaced persons … Wait a minute.

In the bold area, although the two years have been relatively calm, but in the mountains "catch soldiers" situation is still very frequent, resulting in many ethnic minorities have fled to the main city under the mountain "Old Street." This also gives rise to glowing and the local church has this opportunity to serve these refugees and orphans.

Because of God's rise in glowing leadership and abundant supply, we are duty-bound to intervene to help orphans in this area. Therefore, as a result of my recent communication with several responsible preachers in the Kokang region, I have decided to begin preparations in the near future, increasing the number of places for an additional 25 orphans within six months.

In three children's centres, 15 orphans will be admitted to the Children's Centre (the first picture) because of the more spacious and comfortable hard equipment. Plus the current number of orphans will reach 60. An additional 10 orphans will be placed in the Hmong Children's Centre (second picture). Miao Children's Center is an old house, we will make a modest build. The Deong Children's Centre (third picture) is no longer able to add new orphans because of the limited space and the rudimentary construction of the aberration, which is located in the residential land.

At first glance, each child contains all the expenses, which takes about 50 dollars a month. That is to say, the cost of supporting an orphan for a year is about 600 dollars, which is enough to cover all the costs. In addition to an additional 25 children, the amount of money required for a year is 15, 000 dollars, plus in order to accommodate the arrival of these new children, for the construction of the premises, the purchase of bed racks, desks, dining tables, as well as basic living materials,…. Wait a minute. We need to increase our budget by another 20,000 dollars this year.

Ask your brothers and sisters to pray for this great need. What is illustrated here is that the work of supporting orphanages is definitely not a general charity, but a great opportunity for the gospel. Kokang region is a gospel of hard soil, the number of Christians is only 0.25%, is the lowest in Myanmar as a whole.

So when we take care of these orphans, we have the opportunity to get along with them day and night, to be able to get along with the Bible, to pray, to worship and to live with them, and to pass the Gospel on to them naturally (the fourth picture, the children in the hope of the child center, must recite a long section of the Bible before eating).

According to the preacher in charge of the local children's center, many of the institutions in these orphanages are likely to become preachers or evangelical workers in the Kingdom of God in the future. It is clear that in the war-torn northern part of Burma, investing in orphans is investing in the work of the Gospel, that is, investing in the construction of the Kingdom of God.

The Moving brothers and sisters are welcome to join in. Bless you.
